Really good Bankside Stay

The reception staff welcomed me warmly and efficiently handled my check-in. My room included a dedicated work area with ample lighting (very useful for catching up on emails). The hotel provided high-speed internet access throughout the premises. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water restocked daily.
The gym was a bit crowded during peak hours.

the staff was so kind. a gentleman helped with parking options, and a lovely lady greeted us at reception. i also enjoyed the amazing cappuccino, it was offered by the manager.
i was given a room on the first floor and it do not had transparent windows. when i requested a room with normal clear windows, i was told most rooms have frosted windows, so i could not see outside.

i found staff very cute. they greeted me with prosecco. the room had perfect air con as outside temps were very high. i will return soon for more cozy times.
the hotel make works inside. they produce terrible noise during daytime. i could not rest after lunch.

The staff was friendly (a definite plus!).
The room I received was rather dark. There was scaffolding outside the small window and no bathtub was available in my room after a day of walking. I found this quite disappointing.

i noticed some minor wear on the furniture. it did not affect my overall enjoyment, but it's something to note.
